Disappointed in the quality I used to get. Some "bands" with Velcro, have little elasticity because they are so thin. They stretch so thin that I can almost wrap them around my leg twice! The last ones I ordered only had one relatively thin band. The last two pairs have 4 really loose bands. The quality is enough to make me search for a better product online. Thank you for listening. My experience with Express Medical was ok. I wish all products are described completely and showed the type of material (in detail) made of the product and tells the advantages and disadvantages of it. Also, you could say why I/we should choose this product. I ordered two items and decided to return the other, but for someone who uses a wheelchair it's too much work in my part to do so.

So far so good. I just hooked it up this morning. Don’t know what I was expecting, but the drain valve is larger than I expected. I can see where the drain tube would be handy, BUT it would also be a hygene problem. Jay

Thank you for commenting. It is unfortunate that we first experience these medical products after the need arises and after we have already received the product designed to fit the need. This item can be emptied directly into a commode or urinal. A connecting tube may make this easier, but like you mentioned it does add an additional step in rinsing for hygiene purposes. Couldn’t access account with several attempts. When finally reaching my history, orders from 2016 and recent order, were not centralized but in different places. Finally required assistance to straighten out confusion. Difficulties took several weeks to resolve. This order was essential and extra time was an enormous problem with medical consequences.
