I have been waiting for weeks to have an order delivered for compression socks. They say they had to back order them. That is unacceptable.

No order yet
This rating is not for Express Medical Supply in general, from which I've received great service in the past, but for the timing of the sent email to give my opinion. I'm backordered for over a week and I receive the email. I don't have my order. How about waiting until after you send my order before asking me to rate it?

Unacceptable packaging and product information.
I purchased a case of enemas, compression socks, and bisacodyl suppositories. The packaging was horrible and the box that the socks were in was smashed and the suppositories were in a baggie with no instructions or information at all.

The gloves are not the same size!
The thumb on the left glove is smaller than the right :(

Please call our Customer Service line ( 800-633-2139) and we will provide you options to return in exchange for another pair or full refund. We, of course do not manufacturer the gloves but can only imagine that there is certainly a possibility of inconsistent sizing that can occur. Please note: We are located just South of St.Louis and are in an area that is surrounded by flooding rivers and roadways making it currently very difficult to get our Customer Service Staff in to work. Hospital bed for my mom
I was very happy when I purchased my moms hospital bed, Until the bed was delivered and they shipped the mattress and bed rails separate! They contacted me to say the bed was on the way....but never told me the mattress and bed rails were not being delivered with the bed! I tried calling express medical supply to resolve the matter and their phones were so messed up I could not hear the representative. I still need to call back on Monday to see what they will do to correct the shipping issue! I now must Buy a mattress until the other one comes in. and hope my mom is ok without bed rails!
