We agree that this is an unusually long transit time for the Post Office. In general, they provide better service than this example. Didn’t deliver as promised. When you order something on the website it should immediately tell if items is out of stock, or when it will be back in stock , thus giving the buyer options to go elsewhere before paying for the item with no definitive date of delivery, especially since you’re also paying for delivery of a critical items of your health and well-being. The product is superior but they just didn’t deliver as promised.

IA We are very sorry this product has not reached you. It does seem like the USPS must have had an issue. The product left our warehouse on the 16th picked up by USPS and they normally would get it to you in 2-3 days. We do apologize. In tracking the package the USPS does say it will be delivered today. Buyer Beware ! I bought ostomy liners for years made by colomagic and distributed by Express Medical. I ordered a large supply recently only discovered the liners have been changed to a lower les flexible plastic that when seated in pouch will prevent the bag (pouch) from snapping on sufficiently onto the aroma plate. This has caused much embarrassment and presented my having to leave work twice to come home and clean up myself and clothes. Had I been told of the change I could have made the provision of ordering one package instead of three and not thrown away $$. Or I could have at least tried the regular size to see if this size is less bulky. Now I do not know where to find the flexible liner I always used or even if it is still made. I feel ripped off

John, It looks like you ordered biodegradable Coloplast liners last year, but your Aug order was for the PEC original liners. Please call Express Medical Supply customer service (1-800-633-2139) for an RMA to return or exchange the unopened boxes. Any time you have a problem with an order from us, Please call us first. Please note: We sell over 8000 items from many different medical manufacturers, Many of these manufacturers do indeed update their products or change them an do not notify us or the end users.
