It got here in time but the product itself worked for a few days and didn’t work anymore. The straps for the face mask too are poorly designed and broke pretty fast. I wouldn’t buy from here again. Again I had no issues ordering or getting it here on time just the product wasnt well designed.

Vivian, I am sorry you did not like the Medline Readybath or the ProAdvantage Adults wipes. We get very few complaints about those products, otherwise we would not sell them. But obviously they did not work for you and we are sorry for that. We do our best to carry good products that are helpful to our customers but sometimes a product that is good for one person will not be good for another. Thank you for trying Express Medical Supply.

I paid extra - $23.49 - for “2nd day shipping” thinking I would receive the item in 2 days. After I placed the order I noticed it said on the receipt I would not receive the item for 4 days. When I emailed to ask about the delay I was told 2nd day shipping means 2 business days and since I ordered on Thursday morning at 7am the item would not arrive until Monday. I could have ordered from Amazon, not paid shipping and had it on Monday also.

Brittany, Sorry that it does look like your order was processed and sent out to Columbia via Priority Mail. Then it looks like when the Columbia USPS Distribution Center received it at 3:24 AM Dec 18 they sent it on to Wilmington Delaware who received it Dec 19 at 4:19 PM. With the holiday season in full high-volume swing, it does appear that Post Office made a mistake. order some supplies of 4 boxes calleda week later and it still hasn't shipped. 3 boxes on hand , one on back order was to be in that day and ship that day. called the next day all was on hand and hasn't shipped yet. don't under stand all the delays. if I didn't need the supplies soon I wouldn't have ordered them. Anyway I will not be using this company any more. After the hold up they wouldn't ship them or offer to ship them a faster way. Anyway we are done
