I recently bought some medical supplies online from Express Medical Supply for the first time . I first tried using my flexible spending account credit card and after waiting awhile for payment confirmation, I gave up, refreshed, and used my bank debit card. I wasn’t sure if the first purchase went through and I did receive payment confirmation for the second purchase. Maybe 10 minutes later, I received a phone call from someone at Express Medical that I made two of the same purchases and they wanted to make sure I did so on purpose. Ends up the FSA card I first used did work. I purchase things online everyday, not once have I ever had someone from a company call me to make sure of my mistake. It’s nice to know there any companies online that put in the extra effort for their customers. Thank you every much.
