EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!
Very unhappy. Won’t buy from them again. Purchased a wheelchair that was described as 18 x 16. When I opened it up it was 18 x 16—OUTER diameter!! This would fit a small teenage girl! When I called for a return the company said they do not have return shipping!! It cost me $106 to return a $177 wheelchair??? What type of BS is this? The lady I spoke with seemed so uninterested in my situation. Horrible customer service Don’t purchase from this company!

DO NOT DEAL WITH !
Most horrible experience EVER! They over charge for shipping !!! And the customer service was SO rude ! I would NOT recommend buying anything from them !!!!!! 😡🤬😡🤬

Web site poor and no support availability
Web site poor: did not indicate that even though payment was approved by credit card issuer that the order was not completed. No method of being able to see confirmation or denial. Then no way of contacting the company for more than one working day: phone message: "we are busy - call later." !!. Then later voicemail but no response. Also no response to web message

billing information was not with product to return product I was told if the product was incorrect or not what was order then I need to pay more for return or replacement of size

Showed four in inventory and when I ordered they were on back order. " Well we sent you an email stating they were on back order." Sorry, I don't check my email 20 times a day. Canceled order!!

To charge $19.95 S & H on a $19.95…
To charge $19.95 S & H on a $19.95 purchase is unconscionable. Your company takes advantage of now just making a profit on the product, but using obscene money in S&H. This was my first and last purchase from your company. I’ll share this experience with my 5,000 social media followers.

Took EXTREMELY too long to ship
Took EXTREMELY too long to ship and arrive for use. My husband needed circulation socks after hip surgery since he only received one pair from the hospital. I ordered on March first and just now received them on March 11. He only needed to wear them for 14 days and these arrived so late, we don’t even need them now. I called to enquire about them after a week and was told they were still sitting in the warehouse. I should have cancelled then.

Diana, Sorry for the slow delivery. You ordered the product on Friday, March 1st in the evening. Ideally we should have shipped them on Monday but they did not get out until Tuesday March 5th. They were delivered on Monday the 11th via the post office. I hope your husband is better.
