had an issue, was initially smug response, I pushed further and was finally resolved to my satisfaction....but it took some expression of dissatisfaction regarding possible plans to do business for company to reconcile issue...initial response entirely sour.

Order correct, but delayed
This is my first experience with condom catheters. I wanted to try some different types and sizes. I ordered 6 different individual ones. At the time of order, I didn't get any indication that some were back-ordered. I put the order in on a Saturday. I was notified on Monday (2 days later) that a couple of ones that I ordered were back-ordered. I received my complete order but it took 2 weeks. 1 day too late to try a condom catheter out with my drysuit on my latest scuba dive.
I would have preferred a real-time view of inventory so that I could know before placing my order that some items were back-ordered. Also, I would have expected the back-ordered items to be fulfilled more quickly.

Poor shipping practice
Product selection, web site, and communications are all good. Shipping is terrible! I order many things online from a multitude of companies, all of which ship via Fed-Ex or UPS. I typically receive those shipments in 3 to 4 business days (sometimes less). Express Medical Supply shipped my order via the United States Postal Service. It was NINE DAYS before I received the shipment.

Love the product but paid two day shipping and it took six days. I understood the weekend. I contacted Company with no response. I will use Amazon next time. I’ve been trying to use new companies through their websites but not if this is going to happen. My two day shipping was almost the same price as the product. Disappointed.
