Every time I've ordered my ostomy bags…
Every time I've ordered my ostomy bags they have been late and I have been left in a stressful situation because they never have my supplies. I would NEVER reccomend this place to a friend. Terrible customer service as well. I won't be using this company again!

Lori, I am so sorry, I checked your order history and you placed an order with us on 7/11/2019 and it shipped on 7/17. Your item was delayed by the manufacturer. I tracked your package, you should have it on the 19th. Your order from May was shipped the same day you ordered, May 14th, it arrived on May 16th. I am sorry you are frustrated that your package was delayed this time, please let us know if you need anything else, we are happy to help.

I was very disappointed in the quality of your bandages and will never use them again, They are paper thin and you can already see through them. And the shipping charge as opposed to the cost of your product is ridiculous. Shame on you. ethel Grill

Horrific
Horrific. They don't keep track of their inventory, send emails notifying you that they don't have what you ordered until a day after they send you a receipt. Have been waiting for 6 days just to log in today and see that they haven't even shipped it. They sell medical supplies, not shoes, and even then, shoe online stores won't let you order anything that they don't have in stock. It's beyond me how one that sells medical supplies can't implement the same system. Called them, and was faced with a very unreasonable customer service who really had no willingness to help. Really hope they can work on it, there's plenty of room to improve.
