Silvarvis midtown. Love this stocking. Thought this order came with grip top. (Silicone beading,,) all my others have the grip top. These came without it. Top rolls up and is tight against skin. Would only order with grip top.

I was not advised immediately that my choice of items was on backorder. Had I known the delivery was to take this long I probably would have made my purchase elsewhere

The last 3 orders was put on back order. This is unacceptable to me. I can understand this happening once in awhile but not 3 in a row. I order the same supplies each time. They need to say "out of stock" on the items that are out of stock. I have used Express Medical since January 2018 and never had a problem until recently. Disappointing.

too difficult to find needed items on web site

I have used express medical a few times now and 2 of the orders I had issues with my card being authorized and a hold placed on funds that were meant for an order that never processed on the website. The money was released several days later and it was a major inconvenience considering that I depend on my supplies to help me live a more "normal" everyday life. That being said there are some big positives when there is no issue with the webservice used for handling orders. The orders, when actually processed correctly, are filled and shipped promptly and always arrive on time. They do also offer some of the best prices on the most tried & trusted brands.

There is no reason a hold on the purchase amount should be placed on it if the purchase did not go through, but evidently it happened to you. I will ask our tech consultant to look into it.
