Only 2 stars because it was in my town then shipped over two states and still hasn’t delivered..

Not a good idea to hold back the order…
Not a good idea to hold back the order simply because one of the items is back ordered. Not good customer service at all.

I bought 3M paper tape 4 rolls and they do not stick to my skin. I am thinking it may be old. I have to say order came promptly.

Dear Mrs. Lee, We are sorry to hear that the tape is not sticking. We cycle through tape very quickly, so I doubt that the tape itself is old. It could be a bad lot. Please call our Customer staff and we can send out replacement rolls or exchange for a different style of tape. I didn’t get my package
I didn’t get my package. It was left on the doorstep and someone took it but I never got it back to my new address.

The Meaning of "Express"
The first order was misdirected to some other address,but we caught it in time to finally have it delivered correctly. Our second order had to have the delivery option upgraded, at additional cost, in order to arrive by the time we needed the supplies. Our third order, shipped 2nd day delivery Priority Mail, arrived in five days, finally. Our fourth order has not been shipped because some items are back ordered.

We realize that some customers may need supplies very quickly and a 4-5 day wait may be too long.To avoid delays you might want to consider calling your order in through our customer service center (1-800-633-2139 M-F 8:30-5:00 CT). The CS representative can immediately inform you of any product shortages and can assist you with getting your order shipped out using the best carrier to minimize wait time. In your location, it appears that it might be of benefit to request FedEx shipments. Please also note that orders placed on weekends or any time after 1 on Friday may take longer to deliver than say an order placed on Monday. In general, All orders placed after about 1:00 on Friday do not leave our dock until 4:30 Monday and Orders placed on Monday before 1:00 PM will get out the same day or Tuesday at the latest.
