Dont understand why if I putchased…
Dont understand why if I putchased before and they deliver to the address, they told me they can't do it this time. After a week am still waiting for my refund.

Jacked up CoPay after order was placed
Jacked up CoPay after order was placed. Price per unit was $5.70. bought exact same product for.$039 per unit. TRIED to rip me and my insurance company off. Would be ZERO stars if they would allow it.

Robert, I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with your insurance company. We do not process medical insurance, with us, you pay with a credit card and we ship directly to you. We would not have contacted your medical insurance. I hope you can find the company that placed your order and you can get this resolved!

Order has not been shipped
I placed an order on 8/28/2019 (a full week ago), but my order has not even been shipped. I paid for the order when I placed it, and my account shows that payment as having been authorized. After placing my order, I received an email informing me that part of my order is out of stock. Had there been any indication on the website or while placing the order that an item was out of stock, I would not have ordered it. My order has not even been shipped, but I'm now expected to rate the service provided. Are you kidding?

I actually really like Express Medical…
I actually really like Express Medical - they are professional, fast and have good products. But, don't send me an email asking for a review until I've received my order! Or you will get a bad review. Done. And now I've gotten a reply to my review, but my stuff has still not arrived. Now editing another hour later, just got a FedEx notification that my order shipped today, and will arrive Sept 6. Honestly this is ok, one item was backordered, and there was a holiday in the middle too - but still - for your request for review to arrive a week ahead of the goods - fix your system!

Misleading web site photo.
The photo of the pouch clasp on your web site is misleading. It shows a type that is easy to open but that is not the type that was sent which is very difficult to open. I sent an email to the address on your web site asking how to return the items and get a refund but have heard nothing.
