Ease of use and no drops or buffers.

The course was delivered by the instructor (Ken Krueger) beautifully. He explained the concepts, answered instructional and lab questions to the point, and paced well to accommodate questions and issues occurred during the training.

I would like to give Ken Krueger an excellent rating. He explained things very well. I like the way he taught the class. Lab was super fun and learning experience for me.

The Labs need verification and updating. The instructions were written too tersely. Also, you need 3 monitors for this to be effective; I don't like having so many tabs in browsers and switching between them. Since we are unsure if we can RDP, can we please improve on Guacamole so that we don't have to drop text into the intermediate clipboard. I did like that we could use Visual Studio, and you can assume that we know how to use Visual Studio. Labs take too long to spool up. Please excuse non-programmers from the beginning of the class. They ask irrelevant questions to programming. Please limit the class size so that the instructor isn't so overloaded with requests. Can we please space this out to at least 4 days?
