Could be just a bad batch but my disposable came dead! Even after I tried to charge it, it wouldn’t come on either.

As of May 13th no sign of my package, assumed with most of the delays with postal right now that this may have been backed up as with my other ordered packages from other retailers. But with it being reported delivered on the 12th and still no sign as of it as of 10:10pm very annoyed and hope I can receive my product or refund.

I had a bad experience. I made two orders one to my workplace where I work out of town and the other to my girlfriend back home. I received an email saying that my work address was invalid (happens a lot) so I emailed back asking for them to not send out the order to just give me a refund. They sent me an email three days later they sent my package out anyway. And as I knew would happen, I did not receive my package and it’s just floating around out somewhere and they receive to refund me THEIR mistake until they get the merchandise back that I specifically asked them not to ship. The other delivery and product was great.
