None of the four D8 Disposable Vape Pens I ordered are functional. It is not user error. I was able to properly use previously ordered products. Yet, for some reason the company will not process a return or refund for 30 days.

Terrible customer service. I logged in to ask questions a few times, and the response was pathetic. Took forever for them to respond, and when they did, it was nothing regarding what I asked. Terrible customer service, and their several of their products are rather nasty or just don’t work.

Product never arrived, company refused to look into the delivery further and told me they "have no ability to monitor the shipment because we are not the recipient". This is obviously not true, which made me feel it would be unwise to trust this business.
