Terrible customer service. Agents are rude and unresponsive. It took several attempts for me begging for my refund for there fake oil products they sell. They make you wait 30 days to request a refund all for you to have to chase them down when the 30 days come.

I purchased a delta 8 disposable vape and it clogged and started leaking making it unusable within 4 days of getting it

Customer service not great or friendly at all, they dont really seem to care. Cleary the 5 Star Reviews are fake. Also, took forever to get a refund for an item I returned. I had to contact them twice weeks after returning just for them to finally process my refund.

I was disappointed with the bottle I received. Every review I read was glowing. After receiving my order, I can say I experienced exactly nothing, maybe a chest flush. That’s it’s. Sorry, but I was not impressed and cannot recommend.

Their rewards program is a joke - your points expire before you know they exist or can use them. I made purchases over several months, and ALL those points were set to expire October 21, 2022 - no matter when the points accrued over the previous few months. If you contact Customer Support via telephone, forget it, they don't answer their phones. Email support takes forever and produces inconsistent answers across multiple reps. I specifically asked a few questions with respect to the reward program, and was ignored. I canceled my subscriptions.
