They are so slow---they must be stoned
Response from ExhaleMay 15, 2023

I have written emails that are ignored. No use in saying more.
Response from ExhaleMay 15, 2023
Hi Sandy! Our Customer service team responded to your email on 05/06. Your order was canceled and fully refunded.

Someone left one of the four items I purchased out of my order. Paying for stuff you don't receive is not cool. You should fulfill orders. And subsequent support should actually help instead of send a canned answer.
Response from ExhaleMay 18, 2023
Hi James! While we can't say what schools should or shouldn't focus on, we CAN say that our customer service team reached out to you and offered a replacement due to one item being lost during shipment. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

This seems to be a problem you guys continue to have. I placed an order and for the second time in my last two orders, am unable to trace it. Your tracking number is incorrect. If its not one thing with you people, its another. Kind of tired of this. I know you charged me, I know you sent it out. Where the heck it is now, is anyone's guess.
Response from ExhaleMay 15, 2023
Hi Diane! We're sorry that you're having difficulty receiving tracking for your order. The information we provide is directly from the carrier. We do not update the shipping information. If you need further assistance, please email our customer service department. Just as we did last time, we are happy to assist you!

No safety seal on bottle although there appears to have been one at sometime. No response from the company about concerns. Finally a response on 05/15/2023 concerning the condition in which the product arrived that WAS NOT addressed previously.
Response from ExhaleMay 15, 2023
Hi Cynthia! Although Jarrod responded to your message on 05/08, our customer service manager has processed a refund for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for it to reflect. All of our products come with an inside safety seal. Please dispose of the product if it came without a seal.

I have subscribed for 3 bottles a month. However, the past 2 shipments have only contained 2 bottles. Each time I try calling customer service, there is no answer or it goes to a recording but doesn’t allow my message to be recorded.
Response from ExhaleMay 15, 2023
Hi David! We're sorry your orders have been short and for the influx of calls that caused us to miss yours. Please email our customer service team for further assistance!
