I didn't realize I signed up for monthly delivery, so when I saw the order I reached out right away via phone, chat, and email because my address changed. Instead of having anyone reach out, they shipped to wrong address. Oh, I also updated address on website right after those attempts. They have no customer service that is reliable, so it is a gamble to work with them.
