Was really excited to try this product, it's been 2 weeks since my order with no tracking number and no eta on delivery, HIGHLY disappointed with customer service.

Still have not received my order

Does NOT work for ME at all.

The cartridge arrived damaged. I emailed support about it and they said they would send a replacement however they never did. Total waste of money, I wish I got a refund at least.

My order was incomplete. I received only one item when I paid for two. So far no response to the two inquiries I’ve made.

Customer service is the worst!! I purchased an item that was wrapped in glass. It came broken. Was told (which I have the emails) that it wasn't sent from them. Mind you it came in the same package as the other items I ordered!! And 3 emails later I still have yet to get a response from EXHALE!! If your gonna purchase from Exhale! And your not happy, Don't complain.. I warned you

My package said delivered on Aug 13,2022 at 10:46 AM, i have camera footage of the porch at that time and a mailman dropping a different package off, that was not that package at that time however.

The product was not as good as my normal brand. I was hoping to find a new supplier. I think I will pass. Maybe in The future I will order it again
