The following review is based on the Customer Service and "Money Back Guarantee" that the company offers it is not to say their 50mg Delta 8 gummies are ineffective. I first tried one half gummy and did not feel any effect, I waited a few days and tried taking a whole gummy along with two friends, we were all in agreement they did affect us mentality, the feeling was one of calm and slight headiness, I would also say I became relaxed/sleepy. Unfortunately it also triggered me to experience severe migraine headache, my friends did not experience this issue. For this reason I wrote to Exhale explaining the affect the gummies had on me and requesting a refund as per their written "Guarantee of Satisfaction", In addition I offered to send back the unused portion (26 Gummies) I was told (via email) they could not accept a return of product but to wait 30 days and again request a refund, I did as requested and waited the 30 days. I have since requested the refund twice (still offering to return the unused gummies) with no response from Exhale. I will continue to email Exhale CS and if they honor their "Money Back Guarantee" with a full or partial refund (based on the 4 missing gummies) I will update this review.

Bought the disposable vape product. No instructions included, and I couldn't figure out how to use it. Sent a message through the website asking for some instructions but never heard back. Products are generally more expensive than competitors -- I was disappointed to see that customer service was nonexistent.

I placed a multiple-item order on 8/19. It's currently 9/1 and the shipment has not arrived. I have been a loyal repeat customer for months, but 2+ weeks is an unreasonable time to wait. I'll have to reconsider whether or not I want to be an EW customer if this is going to be the normal wait time

Had absolutely no effect in reducing neuropathy pain

The Experience was not good because the first time I emailed my address after being told I had to clarify it nobody responded and my order was still canceled after I sent it in 24 hours and also still have not got a email from the last email I emailed back when I was having a conversation with them about my order I still haven’t got any shipment information on that I ordered last week.

I still have not received my order or response to email. I want a refund and I will never order anything from you again

It was awful taste it also gave me heartburn. It did not do what advertised. Thanks

Our order is to ship by 15th of every month. It got shipped 3 days late. Then it got lost in the mail, my husband had to go 23 days without, which meant he didn't sleep that entire time. Then when it got here, it took a while for it to truly kick in so he could sleep the entire night. Secondly, I keep getting emails offering 15% off what appears to apply to what I order currently. I sent an email because I can't get to the product to order an additional 15% off. If the these offers cannot be applied, please do not send me anymore email offers. Thank you, Helen
