My order #365865, placed August 26 has yet to arrive! It was supposed to take five to seven days. I'm extremely disappointed.

Product is good, but company communication and customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. It's nearly impossible to try and call the store during regular business hours and when you communicate via email good luck getting your inquiries answered. My last order placed was put in with expedited shipping. There were some delays on the companies end which made the package arrive the same time frame as standard shipping which is free. I inquired about my order delay and a potential refund for the expedited shipping and the only response I received was regarding my order delay and they never responded about if they could waive the shipping fee or not for their blunder. I stopped ordering from these guys because of the constant issues they have with sending orders out in a timely fashion (usually have to wait a week+ after the payment has been fully processed before it ships) and also due to their poor customer service/communication. If you like poor service and constant delays to your orders this is the place to go. Otherwise I'd steer clear of giving a bad company your business.

I was really excited to try my new Delta 8 vape cartridge, but the cartridge itself is damaged. No, it’s not my vape pen. Waste of money IMO.

Felt nothing with the cbd except tired and irritated

The product was mushy not firm like most of your gummies. I won’t be buying these again. In fact not using Exhale Well again! I tried to get a refund on a past order but never got any feed back. I referred a friend who is a regular customer and got no credit for that referral. I can get my gummies somewhere else!

I ask you twice to ship usps. You said you would. You shipped fed ex. I know you could ship usps because the first shipment you made was usps. Fed ex did not work for my situation. Shame. I really like your product.
