good products and prices, but shipping needs some improvements.

Ordered mid March, still hasn’t shipped. Ordered from competitor next day and received order in 6 days. I know weather is a factor and supply issues, but this is crazy.

It stated there was stock when I ordered but after a few days I received an email saying the shipment was delayed. You have offered me 50% off my next order but I have run out and have had trouble sleeping. Your product has changed my life as far as sleep goes.

Just really disappointed that I have to wait almost 2 1/2 weeks for my product to be sent to me. Was super excited and was told due to the demand and weather it would take longer. Customer service was great though. They emailed right back and gave me a coupon so I guess thats cool.

Your delivery time could certainly use improvement. It takes 3 days just to leave California. Then, usually, another 4-5 days to reach the destination. So, it's over a week each time. What can be done without adding extra cost, or, perhaps a minimal extra cost? Thanks.

It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my package. Great products but very slow delivery and zero updates on shipping. ---Update--- I placed the initial order on March 17th. It has been yet another week and finally received an e-mail last week saying it has been shipped by one company then transferred to another shipping company THEN finally to USPS but now it still is not departing USPS and likely will take another week before it gets here. This is a LOT of money to spend on this much shipping delays and nearly 2 months of waiting.
