I ordered a couple of products from the company and it took over a month for it to come they were giving me the runaround when they when I went to the post office the post office told me that they already sent the product back to the company 3 weeks prior so when I did call the company they said they had no room they had no order or anything 3 weeks go by I finally called back now after a month and a half

Every time I hit my disposable the oil gets all in my mouth

I placed my order on September 16/17 and paid the additional fee to get it by 5 business days and I have still not received my order.

Product was not what was expected and shipments were always late. Never again!

I have ordered from this company at least twice before and even recommended this site to my Mom. I ordered for the last time a few weeks ago and never received my product. I emailed the company and asked for a refund or a new shipment and no response. So because of this we will be taking our business elsewhere. I never received an email back about confirmation of delivery, even though it said it was delivered. I never received my order and I wasted all that money. I won’t be using them again. Why have an email address for customers if you aren’t going to respond? #dontunderstand

Tastes awful when you hit it you don't taste or feel anything but then you try to exhale grandma's rotten perfume but can't. On a pain scale of 1 to 10 my sinus cavity to my lungs is a 6 and getting worse. Do not use this product - it is very very bad. May be going to the ER if this gets worse

Junk ! Poorly package. Can’t get a refund until you wait 30 days. Don’t reply to my emails either. Never buy anything from them

I love the product, but my last vape came clogged and leaking. I reached out to the company and Charleigh said they were sending me a replacement. The replacement was never sent out, and after reaching out several times I have not heard back. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription
