There's no option to cancel an order while it's still processing. I had two subscriptions that I wanted to cancel but they had already started the order when I canceled them. Instead of being able to just cancel the pending order before it was shipped I have to wait until the package arrives, then send it back, then get my refund.

I’ve ordered products twice and both times they have been delivered to the wrong address. I never received this last order and I’ve reached out to customer service via phone, chat and email with no response. My money is pretty much being stolen. Very poor customer experience.

I ordered the Delta 8 gummy chews. Maybe a whole one is too much, but it made my heart race yet feel like it was pounding too slow. It made me not able to do any simple tasks because I had NO short term memory at all for about 2 hours after taking it. This in turn made me extremely anxious and overwhelmed. I felt like I was going to pass out. Just wanted to share my experience. I am fine with the cbd gummies I also ordered, but that tiny bit of THC was over the top in a bad way for me. I never leave reviews yet enjoy reading them. I felt compelled to leave this review.

I was offered a replacement for a malfunctioning vape pen, then never heard from customer service again.

Never received my product, lost in transit. Asked to have re-shipped. Still waiting for a response. I realize it's not your fault it was lost, but I am anxious to try your product.
