The company marked my address as invalid, when it is in fact valid. I never received the ordered product.

I bought a refillable pen and it did not come with a charger. I also purchased a disposable pen which is not refillable. I contacted customer service and they keep closing my ticket saying that I bought a disposable pen and it doesn’t come with a charger. I provided 2 pictures of what I received with an explanation but still this remains unresolved. I will never purchase from this company again. Horrible customer service. Useless. How can I use a dead pen with refills? I can’t! Super frustrated

I did not want automatic shipments. When I received one I contacted customer support. I was told auto ship would be canceled and a return label would be sent to me. I have never received it.

Top was broken before packing and white security top was off. Please send new bottle. My husband said it was dropped before shipping and sent that way anyway!!

Not strong enough

I have asked to not have battery and pens sent with order. Product is oķ, but not very effective,for pain relief..looking for other options.

The product was a scam ...no d8 oil on hemp
