Never received order nor refund

I never received product, followed up with carrier and that was how it ended. Lost almost 100 dollars for nothing.

Order was not correct. I contacted customer service and they asked if I would like replacement or refund. I stated replacement and haven’t heard back.

I never received my order. I tried getting in contact with the company, called several times, all I got was recordings. I tried live chat, that was useless, a waste of my time. Customer service is awful, 2 agents I finally got ahold of weren't any help either, they took quite long placing me on hold. I am waiting for a full refund.
