Nothing happened these gummies are garbage waste of $ even after eating 4 at once still nothing how do I get a refund please

I ordered wedding cake and when I received it, it came defective there was no smoke no matter what we did (prime it, and we bought a new pen) so I called & requested a replacement. When I received the replacement the SAME THING HAPPENED! When I called again to request a replacement for a THIRD TIME since I received 2 DEFECTIVE cartridges they told me they can only offer a refund. I will NEVER order from this company AGAIN! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC quality. I wasted almost an entire month ( Due to shipping taking 9 - 11 days) waiting for a working cartridge.

2 glass bottles I received in the mail were damaged. I couldn't salvage the gummies inside.

Its been over a week since I was told I could have my refund from my package I didnt receive and you guys have still not refunded me.

I legit had to do a chargeback with my credit card company because our shipment was never delivered, which tracking showed as the case, and your customer service just never replied.

My package was lost and I still have yet been able to speak with someone about a refund they said they were backed up on responding but its been over a month already
