I specifically ordered Delta 8 ONLY for sleep issues. I had tried numerous brands before trying Exhale and tried tinctures and gummies. Note: I looked into Delta 8 because a friend advised me of it and I DID NOT want a "high." When I came across Exhale, I stopped looking. The gummies taste fine and go down easy (no film left in your mouth or on your teeth). And they worked the best for me. 25 mg is all I need about 1.5 hours before targeted sleep time. The onset of the peak is rather gradual for me. They give me a nice relaxed feeling and make me drowsy (hence only for sleep; don't "gummy" and operate heavy machinery or drive). They also help with my more frequent restless leg syndrome I've experience after knee injuries. I mentioned they make me drowsy, but not so much that I'm non-functional, so if I wanted to nap by a pool at a resort without a high, these would work; I would say for me, these are imperceptibly psychoactive. They keep me asleep mostly all through the night and I wake up fine (no grogginess). No after effects. Again, I didn't want a "high" at all and I don't experience one from these and I was looking for something naturally derived (hemp) rather than prescriptions. They can produce (in me) a light and pleasant tingling sensation, but they do not affect my thought or buzz me in any way. I'm still in the early phase, but so far, so good. Again, these are only used for sleep sessions and at no other time.
