The carts seem to be ok but the shipping is horrible! None of the shipping options are time effective. No other vendor has this issue. I know because I've ordered from at least half dozen other companies. Plus it's not the pandemic; it's the carrier used by Excel Wellness and their contractual decisions. I was told customers would be getting more delivery options but this has not happened to date. We're all still waiting!

As far as the product is concerned, I got the Delta8 oil in 1200mg and it's fantastic! It does a great job of mellowing me out when I need it. As far as shipping goes, I'll probably never buy from them again because they use DHL and DHL is extremely incompetent and I received my package 4 days later than it was supposed to be here because they dropped it off at a post office that's 4 hours away and that post office told me the package was lost and then it showed up on my doorstep 4 days later. If you can find the same product at a store near you, just go to the store.

My items aren't as potent as I hoped, but they also aren't bad. Just a normal relaxed type feeling.
