I never got a response about my concern, they asked me what replacement I needed and then after that, no response. What is wrong with ur customer service? I'm very disappointed, who does that to their customer? You think that I'm high enough that I just forgot to follow up on my concern? Or your staff is prolly high asf and they forgot.

Sent the wrong CBD gummies. Can't get it resolved. I had been getting the fruit shaped, fruit flavored gummies. I received CUBE shaped gummy that tastes awful. If I can't get the gummies I used to get, I need to cancel my account.

Received my vape and it didn’t work. Tried to charge it and still would not work. This was my first and last time ordering from this company

The product (gummies) had a broken seal and they were wet, to the point of being melted together and it is very difficult to get them out of the bottle, then you have to cut them to separate them. I reached out to customer service, they requested photos, which I supplied. I haven’t heard anything since.

Still waiting 15 days since ordering my product . Is anyone else having this problem and getting little to help with customer support ? It’s the carrier but at same time it be nice to give a review if I had to product , maybe by next year I’ll receive my delivery .

I purchased two vape pens and a pre-rolled one (first time). Of the three purchases, only the pre-rolled worked properly. Of the two pens; one did not function from the onset and would not charge up. The second performed well, for a couple of days. It too would quit working and would not charge up although the red indicator light activated and the green light came on. The blue function light would not activate and the pen quit working. I have sent emails "Charleigh" to support about this problem (01/06). The first response was quick the same day. Since then Nada, Zilch, crickets, nothing. So I have two inoperable pens and a very operable disappointment with the products. $$$ down the drain.
