Definitely helps with sleeping better and more sound. Not sure about helping with my arthritic knees as I haven't been taking it long enough to know if it helps with the arthritis.

They might have took awhile and the hit was hella harsh. Hhc wasn't for me... Edit: They got back to me very quickly and were quick to issue a refund. They were helpful and polite.

Love this product. My dad suggested this for moments of high anxiety while trying to sleep. It works like a charm. Doesn’t make me sleepy so I’ve started to use it during the day sometimes too.

I prefer this over delta 9 due to the legal aspect, also gives me the same feeling without being anxious/paranoid. Will buy again 10/10
