I'm enjoying the produt. However, it came damaged (had leaked all over the clear insert) and when I reached out to CS they replied quickly but let me know that I could not request a refund for 30 days from date of purchase and not after 45 days. That seems pretty crazy and obviously they're trying to take advantage of people not remembering to put in for a refund before the 15 days is up. Also they ship through DHL California which is extremely slow (10 days or so). I had a monthly subscription set up but I'm not sure if i'll continue through with it or not.

It would be 5 stars if the shipping for express and the other one wasn't so high, other then that Exhale is great.

Everything was great. The only problem was packaging. Tape on the bottom of the box as well as the top would be appreciated. When I got mine, the box appeared to be opened from the bottom. The pen didn't appear to be tampered with, so it could be accidental, but for the future, bottom tape could help with possible snooping/tampering. And the little silicone top just needs to fit a lil more snuggly. It comes off easier than previous pens I've had.
