Delivery is their and customer service is the most consistent and pleasant aspect about exhale wellness. Some of the products do differ in quality, sometimes dramatically, and the pricing can be a bit high, but I'm willing to put that aside since the products are also very clean and the customer support has been great.

Site is good. Have problem with pop up - for assistance. It's in the way when you go to fill out form when purchasing. Really in the way!!!! Have not found a way to remove pop up.

I was a first time customer and ordered the pineapple express disposable vape. I only had it a few days when the mouth piece started gumming up with the product. I reached out to customer service, and quickly got another one shipped out to me. Jhay assisted me with the process.i am still waiting on the replacement. I do wish I could ha e got the replacement quicker. Its been 5 days. The product was great the few times I got to use it.

The shipping was fast and great cart, but after the first use I took it out of my pen and the I guess what is called the ignition stem fell out of the bottom so can’t use it anymore, and it’s still full😕, other than that it was good
