I love the product, however, I placed an order on 2/28/23 and as of today I have yet to receive the order. The tracking says that it will be delivered by the 21st. I just don’t think it should take an entire month to receive an order. I take this for pain and it works great but I have run out.

Still haven’t received the last two orders and tracking status states that the carrier has not received the packages yet, it been 15 days since the first order was placed. This has happened for the past three orders.

I still haven’t received my package nor a response from customer service.

Have yet to receive my order after 2 weeks. They shipped the product out on 3/14, but I haven't had any updates from FedEx or them (shipper). Really frustrating that they can't handle themselves to ship out items on time even with their tons of promos.

This company needs to get some serious help they claim they always behind they print labels for shipments and don’t ship them for weeks although they guarantee 48 hour processing time they claim that FedEx picks up from them daily, but for some strange reason they do not give them the packages that they already processed. I am thinking of using a place closer to my home that does not have all of these out of stock items and shipping issues

Processing took two weeks , I still don’t know where my order is!

I placed an order for the product on March 8th. As of March 17th fedex still hasn't received the order and has not shipped it. Customer service can't tell me when they will actually ship the product. They don't appear to know. I am an older person who uses the product for severe anxiety. Paying for a product and then waiting more than two weeks or more for it to ship is just not worth it to me.

I placed my order (not a small one at that) on the 2nd of March. It is now the 17th and while the label has been created. The packaged has not been received by FedEx. Essentially, the order has still not shipped.
