It was ordered on March 6. I still don't have it. I recall the first order also was slow. Fortunately for us in NYC, local vendors are now selling the same product in stores. You guys must be all stoned.

Unfortunately, I cannot review the product as I haven’t received my order yet but I can comment on the customer service. I placed an order on March 2. On March 8 I got an email apologizing for the delay in shipping my order and was told it would ship on the 13th. I then got a notice that it had shipped on the 14th and would arrive on March 17. It didn’t arrive! The FedEx tracking number I was given indicated it had not even left the shipping facility after showing all week it would arrive on the 17th. I contacted customer service and the response I got didn’t even address my question of where is my order. They just listed states they don’t ship to, mine is not one of them. I responded and am waiting to hear back. If I don’t get an explanation I plan on asking for a refund as my card was charged when I placed the order on March 2.

I never received package because someone stole it. Packages should not indicate whats inside.

Haven’t received the package 2 weeks after ordering

I never even got my package
