First most important is the product 2nd shipping not specified allowed 2 - 3 xtra days b4 its ship out ( handling t.i.m.e.) Not sure if the seal was just poor or someone tampered with the seal on the jars the first one i opened it was stuck to the lid and when I opened the second one the seal was easily lifted Edit I can't find any email and I later found that a couple of cigarettes were missing filters completely. I did enjoy the pre rolls +1 star

my package haven’t came in. it has been pass 5-7 days

I placed an order on Dec 28th and paid 25.00 for expedited shipping. I was told my order shipped on the 29th. I still have not yet received my order. This might be the best CBD product out there but I wouldn't know. My order won't arrive until the 5th of Jan, why am I paying for expedited shipping? What a rip off

I understand the shipping policy is described but shipping takes too long. At least you can give better options with better descriptions of shipping. I can’t even track the package even with the tracking number given.

I received my packages, but they do not work! I bought 2 disposable vape pens wanting to try the brand out, and to my dismay, both pens were dysfunctional! I tried to charge them thinking it would help, but nothing. No pull, no nothing. I was sold a piece of junk, and really hope this company corrects the error. Feeling cheated & taken advantage of with this brand.
