I still haven’t received my package and it’s almost been a month

Item was purchased and according to DHL tracking, it has been sitting in Mableton GA. since March 15th. Today is March 24th. I contacted customer support and it took a few days to respond as they were too busy. When customer support finally contacted me they didn’t address my concern or researched the problem but said they are now shipping products. Still waiting…

My first order the error was my fault, I incorrectly typed my address. I sent an email to your company, but it took too long for someone to respond, so my order was cancelled. I did place another order on 03/20/23, my bank shows the payment, however, I have not received any confirmation?????

Charged for items I never received. Only support I got from them was a coupon.

I am still waiting for delivery. Was notified on 3/14 that it was shipped and finally on 3/23 it’s been picked up and is on its way. Expected delivery is 3/28. 2 weeks after being told it’s been shipped. Nothing takes that long these days.

I ordered on 2/19, it's now 3/23 with no package and no updates on shipping for over a month. I've tried to reach out and request a refund multiple times but they won't give one.

My first order with Exhale went smooth but my latest hasn't been so easy. I still haven't received my shipment and customer service can't help me with locating it even though FedEx still states that they haven't received the package, only the shipment information. Like the product, not so happy with the customer service.

I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago, they sent me an email saying that the order was shipped, and the tracking number they provided keep saying that just the label was created the order never arrived and the costumer service is a joke , I asked for refund and they said they did , will see,horrible company.
