Update on Exhale. They are a great company to buy from with great products.
I have been doing Business with you for quite a while now and you deserve a five star rating for all of my purchases. I have been very satisfied with your products. BUT on one of my last orders that I payed for has never been sent out yet and it has been over a month now. I have called several times and left messages for you to call me back with no response. It seems you never answer your phone. I have emailed several times and when I do get a response back on email. It’s the same generic message and didn’t have anything to do with the emails. All I want is to cancel that 36 days old order and be refunded my money that is $311.74. This is why I’m giving you a one star instead of a five star. Well I finally got my money refunded. I have no idea why it took so long to get it done. I have changed my review to a five star because of the good job that they have done in the past and I did make two more perches and everything went off like it had did before the glitch. They have a very good product in everything that I have purchased from them. Shipping is usually very fast. Now I’m a very happy customer of EXHALE again. I will definitely be buying from them again. Thank You Fred
