I’m very upset. I didn’t received my order and I contact them 3 times by phone and 1 by email and after 3 days I still have no answer, I can’t wait to talk with them and cancel my subscription

I like to say I do appreciate your business however the free delivery was a nightmare it was an on time and it went through too many hands Northern lights and sour Diesel wasn't at all what I expected it it wasn't quite strong enough if you have anything that is a little more potent or a lot more potent please inform me thank you for hearing me God bless you and have a beautiful day

I really wanted love these delta 8 and 9 oils but I did not get any of the benefits after trying them a few different times. I tried them alone, also tried them together, with and without food….. so I feel like I’m at a loss. I’m a big fan of cbd products and I’ve tried other delta 8 and 9 products before. Sadly I spent way too much money and am trying to get a refund like they say they will give if you aren’t satisfied and it’s with in the timeframe. So far I’ve put 2 requests in for a refund but no response. Update after I wrote my review on here a customer service member did finally reach out to me and provided a full refund. I really appreciate when companies stand behind their word so thank you! I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 for them doing their part they promised!

I received the package fairly fast, but the cartridge I ordered was leaking. It looked like it was tampered with. I ordered a hhc cart, but the effects were more like delta 10. So I'm not sure what it was I actually got.
