Josephine helped me when emailed attemps for help were unsuccessful. I received an opened stale bottle and only wanted an exchange. Josephine was the only person there that actually helped me. The first person closed the ticket and ignored me after sending me an email explaining a new machine regarding seals coming loose, but the seal wasn't the main problem, it was the look of the product. It was a dark yellow stale look. It was not a fresh bottle. Stale sugars was stuck to the side and bottom of the bottle it didn't look good at all. It didn't look like the other bottles of product I received from the past orders. The second person asked me to wait 30 days to get a refund when I clearly stated I didn't want a refund, I only wanted a fresh bottle. I paid expedited shipping because my wife just had surgery and needed this without the THC. Now I'm just waiting for the bottle and I hope it's fresh and right this time. Josephine was really kind and understanding.
