I still don’t have my package. As of now it’s 6 days late

never received my package

My tracking went live on 3-14 but never left the dock. Contacted support ant they gave me a bs canned response about supply chain and local issues. Still have not received my product or a real answer.

I never got it

I never received my order. I contacted customer service and they said it would ship out soon. 2 weeks later and it hasn't even shipped. There was no mention of any delays and almost no communication at all.

Still haven't received my items and my my card has bren charged no representatives available EVER

I have repeatedly asked for a status on my order that has still not shipped according to the tracking number for a label that was printed a few weeks ago but never scanned or shipped. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I’m not sure what is going on with this company. I placed an order on 3/11 and like a lot of recent reviews my order has a tracking with label printed for fedex but, fedex has not received the package, I have had multiple emails with support, they are slow to respond, but absolutely no resolution, they made excuses about weather, but for 3 weeks!? I have had quite a few successful transactions with them in the past but this is to a point where I feel ripped off. They are even running a march madness sale, but obviously aren’t able to fill orders, this is so disappointing.
