I was a customer on monthly shipments of gummies to quite smoking after three months I have cut back but still smoking and they stopped my shipment for no reason guess they didn't want my money

Very ODD taste! Not sure if supposed to taste this way but I doubt it. And not even a buzz of any kind off of it.

Ordering was easy delivery was very good. The product has little to no effect on me. I maybtry to increase the dosage. Kinda disappointed

EDIT (updating from an original 1 star review): I was contacted by a customer service rep after posting this review. After some back and forth, she offered me an exchange for a different item, which is all I had been asking of them from the start. While I appreciated the effort of the customer service department, I still had multiple disappointing experiences with their reps and a poor experience with their product. They only seemed to care about making things right once I posted a negative review. I appreciate a company that stands behind their product and their "satisfaction guaranteed" promise, but it was difficult and time consuming to get to that point with Exhale. Gummy tasted like someone smoked a cigarette and then rolled the gummy in their hands. Truly disgusting. Worst part is the customer service reps refuse to give a refund or offer a replacement. Said i had to wait 30 DAYS to get a refund. How is that even a good customer service policy? I know immediately that the product is terrible, what is the point in making me wait 30 days to receive a refund. The website advertises satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, NOT satisfaction doesn't really matter to us.

Delivery time was great considering the amount of time I was given. I enjoy delta 8 flower, unfortunately I purchased Lifter and Northern Lights to try. I have found a brand I am very happy with, but I thought Id try exhale. Price ok, to keep me as a full time customer I would need to receive discount incentives. The flavor of both was relatively harsh and took on a burned taste mid bowl. I only smoke through a device I didn't roll any as it is somewhat sticky and doesn't crumble well. Lifter didn't present a euphoria for me as I like for daytime use, it made me sleepy unfortunately, no focus, or energy. Northern lights a nice calming high, but still didn't sleep very well. Nice product, but I'm still sold on another brand.

I have used their product (Delta 8 Disposable Vape Pen - Blackberry Kush - 940mg) for about 10 days, taking 2 puffs (5 seconds each) every other day. The taste does not remind me much of blueberries, but it is pleasant and effective. The product does produce a high feeling that mellows me and allows me to better focus, but I’ve developed shallower breaths and chest pain on my right side. I am new to smoking and I have decided to stop using the product and will refrain from using again until I can get a better grasp of the situation. I will admit that I have not reached out to Exhale directly because I am not entirely certain as to the origin of this occurrence. This is not a deterrent, but expressing my experience. The product does as is intended and I enjoyed its experience, but I would feel wrong in not mentioning my issue.

I'm not experiencing the relieve I thought I would but its only been about a week. So we'll see.

First I'd like to say that for the price and for how long it took and tracking wasn't working really well I don't think I'll order again but I gave you guys a shot thank you
