The Luke Skywalker will not burn for more than a hit then it goes out. I went through the better part of a small Bic lighter trying it out.

I have ordered three times. Only got one shipment. I have a subscription and have had to order elsewhere because of shipping and supply issues. No happy with service

PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE.Lately they have not made any orders. I placed mine a over a week ago and it still hasn't even been shipped. It says processing. When I contact them I get nothing. They don't respond. They seem to be taking people's money.

Still waiting on the 2nd order I placed 12 day ago - was hoping the fact it took 2 weeks the first time was a fluke. The product itself was "meh" but a little cheaper than others I used and thought I'd give it another shot. ASSUMING I ever get this one, I will NOT be buying from them again.

Still have done nothing with my order.

Ordered on March 11, Shipped on March 14. It is March 26, STILL NO DELIVERY !!!!! Where is my merchandise?????

I ordered my products almost 15 days ago, and I have not received them. In fact, the tracking information says they haven't even made their way to the FedEx facility yet, Exhale just created the shipping label. I then contacted Customer Service to see if there was an issue with the order, and they gave me literally no information. They just said sorry we're doing our best. In a world of 2 day delivery, going 15 days and it STILL not shipping your products isn't going to cut it.
