it has been 20 days since i have ordered still no product i feel ripped off it is now 3 27 and still nothing

Placed order (520989) on 3/17/2023 10 days ago and when I enter the ups tracking number you gave me 395858930091 i gat message from ups that says: We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please check your information" can you PLEASE help ,me Clark Young cell (979) 244-6848 "

Order hasn’t shipped 3 weeks later and little to no communication on status or action to mitigate the inconvenience.

I’ve reach out to exhale well a couple of time to see what is the status of my order and I was told at some point you will receive updates on the shipment of your product but I am still waiting and so far nothing.

I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been 14 days since I got a notice that it shipped. I reached out to customer service who said due to weather it hasn’t shipped but will soon. 5 days after that, it still hasn’t shipped. If you want something quick, don’t order from here!

I have not received my products. It has been 15 days now. No customer service via telephone conversation just a looped vm message.

I never received my purchase

I waited for over two weeks to receive my order after the shipping label was created.
