I have ordered many products from exhale. This time the cartridge that I ordered would not work. It appeared to be a heating coil issue. They have replaced products for me in the past, so I haven’t reported this one because I don’t want them to feel like I’m taking advantage of them.

Very Good products, excellent customer service and timely delivery. Exhale needs more variety in the flower department. The subscription is missing a huge feature that would have given this five stars. When you do monthly subscription you can't change flavors so you end up with the same flavor every time. I don't want a huge stack of the same thing when there are other flavors to try. You do get a great deal when you do subscription but not being able to change my next flavor is kinda of a deal breaker as far as keeping the subscription. It's a shame too because the price with subscription is much lower. Oh yeah the website is very slow.

I like the products just fine but the amount of time it takes to get them is much too long. I pay an extra $10 for faster delivery and it still takes about 8 or 9 days from the day I order.
