I don't like that i have been a customer for some time now and all of a sudden i can't get any more produce due to not delieving to California residents

This used to be a great company with a great product. I have had a $200/month subscription with them for the past year or so. Something happened in the past few months and this company has tanked. Last month they charged my credit card, and then waited 3 weeks before shippong my order. I contacted customer service and got a form email about the weather causing delays, but no resolution to the problem. This month they left out a $50 item from my subscription. I have been emailing for the past week trying to get either a refund or a replacement, and have had zero response from customer service. I have canceled my subscription and will no longer be buying from Exhale Wellness. Edited 4/27: Tentatively raising from 1 to 3 stars. Customer service did reach out and offered a fair compensation. However, it shouldn't have taken me writing a bad review on Trustpilot to finally get a response from customer service. I was told there were shipping and supply chain issues which caused the delay in shipment. Fine, I can totally appreciate and understand that. However, that doesn't explain why Exhale did not alert its' customers of the delay or why Exhale sent notices to customers that the items had shipped and then waiting weeks to get the package to the delivery provider. If the company had just been transparent with their customers they wouldn't be seeing the bad reviews they are now. Here's hoping they are getting a wake-up call and getting themselves together because, as I said, their product IS very good.

I don’t know why you would use DHL instead of dealing directly with the post office. It delays the process, sometimes by three or four days. It averages more than a week to receive my shipment when it should only take three or four days.

Your product was like smoking wood it was very harsh and it burn my throat and I had to smoke a lot just to feel any effect.

Wrong products came but too much hassle to fix based on prior experiences with company. So I have just kept them and next time will order elsewhere.

It Seemingly takes forever to get my order... When I order the same products from INDACLOUD, its in my hands in 3-5 days. Lose DHL, they're the bottleneck. And how come you Never send Me a Coupon?
