One of the carts I ordered came damaged. Emailed support about a replacement they asked if I wanted a refund or for them to resend the item. I asked them to resend the item and then no response. I guess I'll update this if I receive a random package from them. edit: They have responded to this review and have told me they are replacing the broken cartridge.
