Still didn’t get my 2 orders after 3 weeks after being charged.No update. The 2 tracking numbers you provided didn’t show any package received by FedEx. ?????????????

My very first and last experience with this Company has not been good. This is a product I use for pain management. I placed my order on 3/17. It's now 3/30-no product yet. Is this a reputable comany???

I placed an order 15 days ago & still have not received my package. I was low on my gummies so I ordered them because I know they’re usually fast with delivery but of course when I’m completely out, I can’t get them. I also received an email stating they were shipped on 03/28 (12 days after order date) with FedEx ground & according to FedEx it will take 6 days to get it to me. So frustrated!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. To tell me there are weather delays for 21 days is absurd. I understand issues sometimes happen, but to cut off all phone and chat communication when you have already charged for product you have not shipped is unacceptable.

Horrible do not order from this company. I ordered on 3/2/23 and immediately received an email saying product was shipped. However, the product never shipped, only a shipping label was created. After numerous emails due to lack of response from the customer service company…I finally received an email on 3/17/23 saying the product I ordered was out of stock, my ordered was canceled and I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. As with other customers I never got the refund and all my emails and calls are being ignored. No one will respond regarding the matter. I urge future customers to read reviews on the BBB site as well as others. This is an ongoing issue with this company and I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money on their products. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Your shipping is horrendous. If I ever get this last shipment I’ll be shocked - and I’m finding a different company for my needs.

Horrible customer service. Have waited weeks for shipment and still nothing but excuses. Have tried to cancel and delete my information but cannot. I'm beginning to think it's more of a scam at this point than just a company gone bad.
