I still haven't got the products I ordered back on 3/23. I placed an order with another company several days after placing my order with Exhale and got my items from them already. Still waiting for my order from Exhale. The tracking says its been in IL for days. No eta, no idea when it will arrive if ever.

I placed an order over a month ago but still have not received my product. I have tried to reach out to them several times by email and phone, but they have refused to respond. This company has the worst customer service compared to any other company I have dealt with. Not returning emails or phone calls shows they do not care about their customers. I have been a steady customer for over a year, spending close to $300 a month on their products, but they have officially lost my business. They took my money the day I placed the order, and my stuff still has not left their warehouse, and it's been more than four weeks. The initial answer I received from them was that it was "due to weather," but to not ship something that has been waiting over a month is just plain laziness on their part. I live in MN and know how weather can affect the movement of products... but over a month is just unreasonable. I also placed an order through another company based out of California, and I had that item within a week. So, in short... they are not being honest with their customers and have been misleading them to take their money.

I still have not received my order

It took me several days for your company to acknowledge I was overcharged over $5,700.00 which really gave me a fright as I don't have that kind of money to spend.

well....you immediately withdrew the purchase order amount from my bank account..no product for 2 weeks, no info about it..you should not take customers money until you ship the product..I feel ripped off

Have not received my order. Have been charged twice for a subscription order that I have not received. No response from auto we service on status of refund.

Never received my order. I’ll give it more time and then I’ll go through the legal process.

well service was good but since the end of February things have been bad. I ordered a cart and when I received it it was cracked and leaked out. I was reimbursed for the cart. but the carts I've ordered since then have been in limbo I've had two orders. one because the 1st cart broke but its taken too long to ship I was given and coupon so I ordered another cart and both orders where put into one and expedited but I have received my carts yet and that was shipped 21st of March. I've called DHL and they told me to call exhale and I haven't received a response yet. please can I get my orders
