Do not order any products from this company they will not arrive and they’re support team is not effective and seemingly outsourced with no ability to resolve issues. I ordered a product March 10th and received 2 tracking numbers for both DHL and USPS March 14th that said they received shipping info but not the product. It’s currently April 6th with no change. I’ve sent 6 emails getting various responses from there’s a delay, CA law changed, extreme weather events. I submitted a report to the BBB with also no response- now leaving a trust pilot review. I’ve requested a refund and cancelation and I was offered a 40% coupon code which to me is crazy as they are demonstrating they cannot ship packages so why would I order another product from them. They were also offering 40% off sales to everyone at the time. I’m imagining they have done this to quite a few people looking at current reviews. I do not think they will resolve this issue. Do not order from this company they do not care about their customers- and your product will never arrive.

Damaged product ultimately after waiting and waiting for you to ship my product. Now, I am being ignored with no response from customer service. I am seriously considering using a different dispensary. It's really a shame because I like your products. But you've really really dropped the ball.

It's your shipping partner that is the problem. They have dobe this before where they mark a package as delivered to USPS but USPS has no record of it and it sits in limbo for days on end before anything is updated. Estimated delivery was supposed to be as early as today but, the package is apparently in Illinois and has been since the 1st. DHL is a terrible shipping company.

Ordered product and paid for on Feb 26. Numerous promises that it was being sent. Tracking number is a packing slip notification only. Bad enough it is taking this long but responses are just nonsense bs, would appreciate a bit of honesty. Currently would not recommend this company.

Hard to review when you haven’t received product yet after a month

I still have not received the product it was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 business days and I ordered it on on the 21st

Product is great but receiving orders has been terrible! I have been a loyal customer for over a year. Recently, orders take about two weeks or more to come in and the lids on the gummy bottles have been broken. The amount of money spent on the products should come with a decent delivery time and good packaging. It's so disappointing, I'm currently looking for a new distributor.

I ordered products on March 18th and I’m still waiting for delivery! 😡. Today is April 4th!
