Item never arrived, took forever to ship. Really don’t plan on using this again

Sent me wrong part then refuse to issue full refund.

Good product, bad service. Started a subscription in March 2023. They charged my cc on March 18 and I still haven't received it three weeks later. The tracking says it is in another state and seems to be lost but exhale has so far done nothing to help except send a discount code and blame delayed shipping. I think it's time to shop somewhere else.

Been over 12 days I’m still waiting for the shipment it shows it en route it’s been en route for 10 days

This was my second time ordering from this company, and for the second time the product was delivered to the wrong address. It took 16 days to make it to the wrong address. That delivery time in general is far to long even if you were able to make it to the right address. I would not recommend your company to anyone, and I will not be buying from you again.

1. Shipping time is horrible. I deal with multiple companies, and this one is in last place. 2. Someone needs to answer the phone! I can call any other company and not have to leave a message and then wait a day for a call back. 3.Your chat is hit or miss. None of this is acceptable to me. You have a good product, but I choose great customer service and fast shipping over that.

I continued to have shipping issues, vapes not working, repeatedly, then all of a sudden they stopped carrying THC-O gummies, vapes, etc. Very disappointed. I am now shopping locally without all the hassle. Goodbye PURKANA. I hate to see you go

It took a month to receive my order. And this is after I was told that they would use expedited shipping. The whole process was really an over-promise and under-deliver. The product seems to work well but tastes a bit like burnt rubber.
